The Spatial Omics Data Analysis course, jointly organised by ELIXIR Czech Republic and the National Institute for Cancer Research (NICR), will take place in Prague from 14 to 17 December 2026. Focusing on spatially resolved transcriptomics (SRT) data analysis, the course will combine lectures with hands-on practical sessions. Registration is now open.
The course is primarily intended for PhD students, postdocs and researchers who are working, or planning to work, with spatially resolved transcriptomics data. Participants will explore SRT technologies and learn how to process and analyse spatial transcriptomics data, integrate them with single-cell RNA sequencing data, and investigate cell–cell interactions in their spatial context.
The course will take place at the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague. Participation is free of charge, with a maximum capacity of 25 participants. Registration closes on 23 November 2026.
